Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pour Choice (“the service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Pour Choice.

Who can use Pour Choice

You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to host or order through Pour Choice. Pour Choice is a tool for organizing drink orders at private gatherings; it does not sell, supply, or deliver alcohol.

Drink responsibly

Hosts are responsible for who they serve and for complying with all applicable laws. Never serve alcohol to anyone underage or visibly intoxicated. You use Pour Choice, and consume alcohol, at your own risk.

Your account

• You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
• Don’t use the service to break the law, harass others, or interfere with its operation or security.
• Content you enter — party names, drink menus, and orders — is yours; you’re responsible for it.

Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pour Choice and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from the consumption of alcohol or the conduct of party hosts or guests, arising out of your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Pour Choice at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
