Pour Choice (“we”, “us”) lets people host a party, share a code, and let guests order drinks from a live dashboard. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account details. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. When you sign in with an email and password, we store your email address; passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.
Party activity. Parties you create or join, the party name and code, drink menus, and the orders placed at each party.
Guest names. Guests who order from a party’s kiosk without an account may enter a display name, which is shown to the host alongside their order.
Technical data. Standard request information such as IP address and browser type, used by our hosting provider to serve and secure the app.

How we use it

To sign you in and keep you signed in.
To run the core features — showing your parties, routing orders to the host, and updating the live dashboard.
To secure the service and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How your data is stored

Your data is stored using Supabase (database and authentication) and served through Cloudflare. Access to your parties and orders is restricted so that only you and the relevant party host can see them.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your account and party data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below, and we will remove it within a reasonable period.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time, and you can request access to or deletion of your data.
You can revoke Pour Choice’s access to your Google account from your Google Account permissions page.

Children

Pour Choice is intended for adults of legal drinking age and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
